I’m Chef Ariel—founder of The Platinum Private Chef and a firm believer that in a world full of chaos, food is still one of the most powerful ways to ground ourselves.

My love of food started early—watching, listening, and learning in the kitchen alongside my mom. By 9, I started experimenting with different techniques and food pairings. When other kids were watching cartoons, I was binge watching the Food Network to absorb everything I could. That’s where my creativity bloomed, and where I learned that food is both an art and an offering.

With over 13 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, and restaurant service, I’ve done it all from waitressing and bartending to consulting and now, full-time personal chef work. Each chapter taught me how to tune into people’s needs—and now, I bring that intuition into every meal I prepare.

At The Platinum Private Chef, I combine my deep love for food with a calm, capable approach to service. I specialize in private in-home dining, meal prep, boutique catering, and flexible digital tools for women navigating ADHD and/or PCOS, which are always grounded in fresh, organic ingredients and respect for your lifestyle.
