What’s Inside

Who This Is For

This guide is for you if...

🤍 You're hosting a holiday dinner this season.

🤍 Someone coming has an allergy, a restriction, or a few foods they always skip.

🤍 You'd rather plan one dinner than cook a separate plate for every guest who eats differently.

🤍 You want to sit down with your people once the food is on the table.

Black woman chef offering realistic meal plans for ADHD and PCOS, private dining services, and stress-free dinner ideas for busy people

Hey, I'm Chef Ariel. 👩🏾‍🍳

I'm a personal chef in Prince George's County, and I cook private dinners and weekly meal prep in people's homes. Finding out what everyone can eat is the first thing I do for every dinner I cook, and I'm allergic to egg yolks, lamb, spinach and shellfish myself, so I get it. This guide is how I handle it, made for a host.
